All property ownership information is public domain and recorded at the county in which the property is located. At Diamond Data we have developed a proprietary import tool that allows us to bring in all of the parcel record data into a single, searchable system, directly from each of the 67 counties in Florida.
How often do you update the data?
We make continuous updates to the system. However, depending on the county, we try to update the entire data set every 30-90 days.
